Wow what a great book!!!!!!! We meet Damien who walks in on his partner Aaron in their bed with another man.....It just so happens that the hot pool man Dax is there who also happens to be out of his house as his wife has found someone else. As Damien and Dax commiserate with each other. Dax assumes Damien is gay. Dax rooms with Dax is straight and confused by his feelings towards Damien. Damien was once married to a woman I loved how he explained how he would end up with a guy. He says he has never fallen into a stereotypical role He likes to sample all of the flavors in the ice cream shop. If two people click then they click don't question go with the flow. Aaron is frantically trying to get Damien's attention. They Dax and Damien create a sweet home together. One night Aaron attacks Damien who ends up in the hospital. Very suspenseful. Read it in one day...shot and spicy read with some hot male on male action.
The characters were sexy and the sex scenes were great but the depth of the characters was not all there. I would have liked to have seen some more background other then just Dax history.
If you want some great m/m sex this is for you and will keep you flipping to get to the next scene.
Just PERFECT!!!! I had never read anything by this author and want to formally apologize to Piper Kay right now...I am sorry I didn't find you sooner!!! This book is off the charts!!!! Damien is HOT and DAX is HOTTER!!!! This is a story of substance, taking risks, and some of the HOTTEST sex ever!!! I am looking forward to reading the next installment in this series!!! A definite GOOD read!!!
This is my first book from this Author and it won't be my last . This was such an amazing story . DAMIEN is HOT and so is Dax . This book starts off with Damien going thru hurt and how he turns it around . Enter Dax his hot Straight pool boy and wow
You have to read this book to see how things work out and also how Damien's ex Aaron turns vicious
I give this a five studdly star and very highly recommend this book . I can't wait for book two Payce's Passion coming out April 11 to be released
Five stars for Pipe Kay!!!!! I loved this book. The story had me riveted from the beginning through to the end. I love how a relationship gone bad brought two hot sexy and passionate men together!!! Damien and Dax are good together and they find that rare connection that people search the world over for. Dax had issues with becoming close to anyone but I'm glad in the end he followed his heart. I totally recommend this to anyone who is a fan of the m/m genre. I'm looking forward to more great reads from Piper!!!!
Damien is loyal, intelligent and a good man. He is caught in the middle of a situation that almost made him close himself to be able to trust.
Dax is afraid of opening himself to someone else... He had suffered around people who supposedly care for him.
An unexpected moment placed Dax and Damien together but when tragedy strikes it made them almost lost the only good thing they knew ...
Each other , love and passion.
The story is easy to read and understand ... This is a great book ...
Next Jayce's Passion.
I liked Dax and Damien. They were good together. Damien was patient and Dax was adorable... in a manly sort of way. There were a couple of little hick-ups here and there and the dialogue was a little choppy, but all in all it was a pretty good story - lots of heat and a psycho ex to keep things interesting. This one was short and sweet and came to a satisfying conclusion, until you read the epilogue. Yikes! Needless to say there will at least be a second book in this series.

I really enjoyed this fast paced erotic romance! I adore the easy friendship that develops between Dax and Damien. Easy going friendship quickly turns into attraction neither one of them could deny. I really like the banter between Dax and Damien. Their relationship isn't without obsecles however, with a psycho ex boyfriend who thinks he can still win Damien back after all he's done. The way he justifies the problems he's caused is laughable. I can't wait till book 2 so I can read what happens nezt! What a cliffhanger it was!
